Our sauna is a modern wellness tool promoting relaxation and health benefits through infrared light technology. Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the air around you, these devices warm your body directly. It offers a more tolerable experience by maintaining temperatures between 120˚F and 140˚F (49°C and 60°C). The gentle warmth increases the core body temperature, causing sweating and detoxification. Over an extended period, it improves blood circulation and relieves muscle tension. Please note the following prior to booking: – Our Ringwood clinic is a shared sauna and you may be sharing with other people during your session. 4 people max in the sauna at one time. – The Alphington clinic sauna fits 2 people max at one time.
